Series of events on “Pragmatic Solutions for Alfresco in Business Use”

How to work with business documents in a simple and efficient way: that is the main topic of the first of a series of events on “Pragmatic Solutions for the Open Source ECM Alfresco in Business Use”. The series is initiated by suppliers of the ecm Market and averi Training, Alfresco's official training partner. The first event will take place in Stuttgart on July 3rd 2012.

Various companies will present installable, mature solutions that can be implemented and used immediately – irrespective of whether Alfresco Enterprise or the Community version is in use. Each of the introduced solutions can be obtained via the ecm Market – including support and updates.

The event in Stuttgart will focus on these topics in particular:

  • scanning of documents, such as invoices and correspondence, and their automatic transfer (including metadata) to Alfresco
  • automatic and non-redundant filing of business documents
  • e-mail management with Outlook integration or other e-mail clients with browser preview.

The event is free of costs and is scheduled for 15:00 to 18:00. Subsequently, the attending experts will be glad to discuss these and other Alfresco topics with you.
